Q：在什么地方训练？Where do we train？
A：上海培生训练基地，上海市浦东新区锦延路69号，河岸边上船码头，地下更衣室和淋浴间。
Peisheng Training Center in Shanghai, Jinyan road NO.69, upstairs is boarding pier, downstairs is club base and shower room.
交通方式Transportation：
自驾Driving：路边有停车场，Roadside parking；
地铁Subway：2号线，上海科技馆站，沿红线到达训练场地。Shanghai Science and Technology Museum station line 2, Follow the red line to the training site.
Q：训练时间？Training time？
A：常规训练，每周日上午8:15-10:30，全年无休，风雨无阻。
Regular Training, Every Sunday morning am8:15-10:30. No matter what the weather is like, We Never Stop Paddling！
Q：新人需要注意准备什么？What to pay attention to？
A：因为龙舟是一项户外水上运动，所以衣服是会湿掉的! 会湿掉的！会湿掉的！
所以需要准备：
遮阳（特别是夏季）：不容易被吹掉的帽子、墨镜、防晒霜。
运动时服装：速干衣、运动裤、拖鞋或涉水鞋（天冷的话可以带防水运动鞋、防水衣、冲锋衣及厨房用防水塑料手套）。
运动后替换的干净衣物（日常即可）。
训练基地提供简单冲洗，但毛巾，洗发露等需要自备，同时俱乐部提供吹风机。
水，因为要在船上划两个小时，需要补水。训练基地不提供热水，所以喝热水需要自带保温杯，同时基地里面的水可以应急使用，但是需要额外扫码支付5元。
运动时有概率会导致手掌水泡产生，如果怕磨手可以自备运动手套。
龙舟训练基地提供救生衣、船桨和龙舟。
结束后有兴趣的自行组团咖啡或午饭；
请自行购买户外运动保险，如出现意外，主办方免责。
您报名则视为已知晓并同意上述规则。
Dragonboat is a water sport so your clothes will get wet! Will get wet ! Will get wet !
Please prepare the following:
Sunblock (especially summer): hats that is secured, sunglasses and sunblock cream.
Appropriate clothing: dry fit, sport pants, slippers or wading shoes (for cold weather pls wear water proof shoes, waterproof clothes, wind breaker and water proof gloves)
Dry clothes for changing after training (any comfortable clothes)
Training base provides simple shower, but prepare your own towels and shampoo. Hairdryer is available.
Water. Training is for 2 hours so hydrating is important. Please bring your own water supplies or you can purchase from the training base at RMB 5/bottle
Abrasion to your palm might happen due to nature of dragon boat practice so please feel free to wear protective gloves if you need to.
Training base provides life jackets, paddle and dragonboat for use.
Optional social coffee after training.
Please purchase outdoor activities insurance by yourself, which not included in the price and the organizer is free of responsibility in case anything happen;
You registration is considered to have been aware of and agree to the above rules.
Q：怎样报名和缴费? If you don't have life jacket and paddle?
A： 群里会有报名小程序，注意关注。8:15 集合楼上岸边热身15分钟，然后上龙舟活动到10:30AM，请准时到；
费用70元/人，包含场地费和设备租赁费，活动前一天下午3点前申请取消可全退，过时则不可更改和退款；
Pay attention to the mini program for registration in the WeChat group. Meeting point upstairs at 8:15 for warmup, get on the boat 15 minutes later and come back around 10:30. Don’t be late!
Training fee 70 CNY / person which including boat usage, wooden paddle and life jacket. The training fee will refund if you cancel your registration before 3:00 pm previous day otherwise will not possible to refund as the seat already reserved for you;
Q:如何找到我们？How to find us？
A：由于微信群成员超过100，仅可通过邀请进群，可以添加管理员微信（Alang886，antoinesah，Bogang_Cai，justanis）进群。入群需知：本群只讨论跟龙舟相关的运动等话题，禁止一切形式的广告，投票和点赞等链接。
Since the members of the WeChat group exceed 100, the only way to join the group is by invitation. You can add the following administrator's WeChat ID（Alang886，antoinesah，Bogang_Cai，justanis） to the group.
Attention: This group only discusses topics such as sports related to dragon boat, and prohibits all forms of advertising, voting and likes.
